Bill entered the mortgage financing industry New Year’s Eve 1996 with Household Finance.  After six months there he went to work for a local mortgage brokerage shop for a couple of years and then went to work for a nationwide retail mortgage lender for six months.  While working for the retail lender, Bill realized that he was having to turn away many loans that he could have helped the people obtain financing while working at the local mortgage brokerage company, so Bill left and went back to the mortgage brokerage.  

After a couple of more years at the local mortgage company, Bill along with a business partner opened up their own mortgage brokerage firm.  They ran that for over six years and then decided to close it for various reasons.  The next couple of years Bill owned and operated a restoration franchise but then realized it was not for him and enjoyed the finance and numbers business much more.  He then went back to a local mortgage brokerage firm for just over ten years and then realized he wanted to open his own again so he decided to open First Pinnacle Mortgage Corporation which is a mortgage brokerage firm dedicated to doing whatever is best for the borrowers that come our way.  

When Bill is not working, he enjoys hiking the mountains, fishing, riding atv’s or reading.

William “B.J.” Askew is a native of Frederick County Virginia. B.J. graduated from Sherando High School and later went on to graduate from Bridgewater College with a degree in Computer Information Systems. For the past two years, B.J. has worked in the tech industry in the D.C. area helping with client services and sales. B.J. brings to Fist Pinnacle Mortgage Corporation a wealth of computer systems knowledge as well as a strong drive to help others.

When B.J. is not hard at work behind his computer, he enjoys going outside to hike, lift weights and participate in recreational sports.

Zach is a native of Winchester with a BBA in finance and comes from a family with a real estate and mortgage background. He has excellent skills and in depth knowledge of many types of financial calculations which is a huge asset in this business.

When Zach is not at work helping his clients he enjoys all sports and hanging out with friends and family.
